Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that disrupts a providing timing upon providing anonymized information to thereby reduce a possibility of a re-connection due to collation with a time stamp.SOLUTION: A cooperation management server 2 comprises: a data acquisition unit 21; an anonymity unit 23; a storage unit 24; a timing change unit 25; and a data transmission unit 26. The data acquisition unit 21 is configured to acquire sensor data and user data from coordination systems 9A to 9E, and the anonymity unit 23 is configured to implement anonymity processing of the sensor data and the user data to provisionally store the sensor data and user data undergoing the anonymity processing as anonymous data in the storage unit 24. The timing change unit 25 is configured to change a transmission timing of the anonymous data so as to be different from a prescribed transmission timing in accordance with a timing of storing the anonymity data in the storage unit 24 or acquiring the sensor data. The data transmission unit 26 is configured to read out the anonymous data from the storage unit 24 on the basis of a post-changed transmission timing decided by the timing change unit 25 to transmit the read-out anonymous data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
