Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary mechanism which causes a rotary body to rotate even if a load is applied thereto while inhibiting enlargement of the device.SOLUTION: A rotary mechanism includes: a stage 2; an annular holding member 3 for holding the stage 2; and three independent ball bushes 4 disposed between the stage 2 and the holding member 3. A side surface of the stage 2 forms a support surface 22 supported by the ball bushes 4. In the holding member 3, a hollow portion forms a stage housing space 31 for housing the stage 2. Each ball bush 4 includes: a cylindrical part 41 formed into a cylindrical shape; a rod part 42 inserted into the cylindrical part 41 and extending linearly; and a ball bearing 43 disposed between the cylindrical part 41 and the rod part 42. Both end parts of the rod part 42 are fixed to the holding member 3, and the cylindrical part 41 is placed in contact with the support part 22 of the stage 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
