Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device which enables improvement of the work efficiency of assembly and maintenance of a stroke sensor and protects the stroke sensor from contact with other members.SOLUTION: A brake control device controls output to a master cylinder. The brake control device includes: a substrate 10; an input member 2 connected to a brake controller; and an output member connected to the master cylinder. Further, the brake control device includes: an electric motor (an electric actuator) for applying a driving force to the output member; an electronic control device for controlling the electric motor according to a travel distance of the input member 2; and a stroke sensor 6 for detecting the travel distance of the input member 2. The stroke sensor 6 is attached to an outer surface of the substrate 10. The substrate 10 is provided with a protection member 150 protruding further toward the brake controller side than the stroke sensor 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
