PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery terminal stopper capable of preventing mis-mounting, and to provide a battery terminal unit.SOLUTION: A battery terminal unit 1 includes a battery terminal 2 to be mounted on a first battery post 101, and a battery terminal stopper 3. The battery terminal stopper 3 includes a first whirl stop 32 capable of regulating rotation of the battery terminal 2 by abutting against the first side face 108 of the battery housing 103, and a second whirl stop 33 capable of regulating rotation of the battery terminal 2 by abutting against the second side face 109 of the battery housing 103. The first whirl stop 32 is formed at such a position that the distance to the insertion hole central axis X3 is longer than the distance between the post center axis X1 and first side face 108, and shorter than the distance between the post center axis X1 and second side face 109.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
