PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a consumption amount of sheets without reducing an information amount in a case where document data including a lot of the same character strings is a target of print processing.SOLUTION: An overlapping identification unit identifies a plurality of overlapping character strings Tx0 appearing in an overlapping manner in primary printing data (S3). A replacement unit adds an identification symbol Mk1 instructing a representative character string Tx1 being at least one of the plurality of overlapping character strings Tx0 to the primary printing data, and generates secondary printing data J2 by replacing the remainder of the plurality of overlapping character strings Tx0 excluding the representative character string Tx1 with a replacement symbol Mk4 including the identification symbol Mk1. A secondary printing control unit causes an image formation unit to execute print processing based on the secondary printing data J2 (S6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
