Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to make a bus bar wider than a case where there is no pilot hole, when providing a structure in which the pilot hole used for pull-out processing from a sheet material using a press device is left in the bus bar after the pull-out processing.SOLUTION: In bus bars 15 and 17, terminal holding parts 15e and 17d holding a pair of terminals of a lead switch of a liquid level sensor are included in distal ends of element circuit parts 15c and 17b, and the terminal holding parts 15e and 17d for holding a pair of terminals 13a and 13b of an electrification confirmation resistor 13 of the liquid level sensor are included in distal ends of resistor circuit parts 15b and 17c. A pilot hole 17g for positioning is used for forming the bus bars, connector terminals 15a and 17a integrally formed in the bus bars 15 and 17 and a coupling part 21 coupling both the bus bars 15 and 17 from a sheet material through punching as an integrated terminal fitting 23. The pilot hole for positioning is left only in the resistor circuit parts 15b and 17c of a small electrification amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
