Abstract:
To provide a floor-placed pipe support capable of enduring against earthquake and vibration that can be manufactured at a low cost by a simple configuration, facilitating component management and site carrying-in work, and eliminating an attaching work at site.SOLUTION: In the floor-placed pipe support having a configuration in which one supporting bolt 3 is raised from the vicinity of both ends of a base 2 fixed to a mounting surface and a pipe is supported and fixed to a supporting band 4 bridged between the two supporting bolts, a vibration-proof plate 5 composed of an elastic rectangular plate member is mounted between the two supporting bolts on an upper surface of the base through a rotating shaft part 6 in a rotatable manner in the horizontal direction. Each of both ends that are rectangular short sides of the vibration-proof plate has a folded part 51 bent downward. A lower end of the folded part abuts against the upper surface of the base when the folded part is positioned on the upper surface of the base and the vibration-proof plate is kept under a deformed state where both sides are curved upward with a center part where the rotating shaft part is positioned as a base point, and the vibration-proof plate recovers from the curved deformation state to cause the lower end of the folded part abuts against the mounting surface when the vibration-proof plate is rotated in the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
