Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a suitable and flexible work plan by performing highly accurate worker allocation regardless of the presence/absence of skill information of a worker.SOLUTION: A plan management system 100 includes: a storage device 104 for storing the information of a predetermined work and the work result information of each worker engaging in the work; and an arithmetic unit 101 for, on the basis of the information of each work to be a planning target and the work result information of each worker, estimating adaptability of each worker to each work by a predetermined algorithm, and for specifying a worker candidate to be allocated to each work in accordance with the level of the estimated adaptability, and for, on the basis of the information of each work and the information of the worker candidate, determining an execution order between each work and a worker to be allocated such that a predetermined constraint related to each work is satisfied in accordance with a predetermined work planning algorithm, and for generating a work plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
