Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet provided with heat resistance and fire retardancy while maintaining its flexibility and high heat conductivity.SOLUTION: To 100 pts.mass of a matrix, 175 to 270 pts.mass of boehmite and 50 to 300 pts.mass of a heat conductive filler having a heat conductivity of 20 W/m K or higher are incorporated so as to be a heat conductive sheet including heat conductive filler grains with a grain size of 5 μm or lower by 30 pts.mass or higher in the heat conductive filler. Since the boehmite and the heat conductive filler with a grain size of 5 μm or lower are included, the heat conductive sheet is excellent in both of heat resistance and fire retardancy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
