Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure and a method for assembling the fastening structure capable of preventing an unsatisfactory coating after fastening even when members to be fastened have a thick coating film and positively assuring a conduction between the members to be fastened.SOLUTION: One of the members to be fastened has a recess part arranged from a surface toward opposite surface and a first open hole passing from a bottom surface of the recess part to the opposing surface, the other of the members to be fastened has a second open hole, a rivet is inserted into the recess part, the first open hole and the second open hole to fasten the two members to be fastened, the surface of the recess part has a protrusion arranged to enclose the first open hole, each of the protrusion and a part of the second open hole is contacted with the rivet, the two fastened members have a coated film at a part other than a part contacted between the rivet and the protrusion, a part contacted between the rivet and a part of the second open hole and a part enclosed by the other part between the first open hole and the second open hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
