Abstract:
To provide a cryogenic temperature freezed crushing method and device by which an object to be frozen can be frozen and crushed continuously and stably even if the object to be frozen generates viscosity by kneading thereof and is hard to be continuously transported by a screw conveyor, and further, to provide a seed thin skin peeling method, and a cleaning method for the cryogenic temperature freezed crushing device.SOLUTION: This cryogenic temperature freezed crushing method is a cryogenic temperature freezed crushing method by which an object to be frozen is inputted into an immersion tank 3 in which a cryogenic liquid 2 having a density smaller than that of dry ice is accumulated, and the object to be frozen is discharged to the exterior while being crushed by a screw conveyor 15. According to the method, the dry ice is inputted into the immersion tank 3 according to an input amount of the object to be frozen, and the dry ice is delivered by the screw conveyor 15 together with a frozen object such that said object to be frozen has been frozen, whereby the frozen object can be crushed while preventing clogging of the screw conveyor 15 by the frozen object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
