Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be immune to a high fluid pressure in simple configuration and to avoid trouble such as burning.SOLUTION: A valve comprises: a valve box 10 in which a channel is formed; a valve element 20 which opens/closes the channel; a valve box valve seat 11 which is provided at an inner peripheral edge of the valve box 10 and includes an abutment surface 11a constituting a part of a conical face f1; and a valve element valve seat 21 which is provided at an other peripheral edge of the valve element 20 and includes an abutment surface 21a constituting a part of a spherical face f2 and with which a cavity part is formed inside of a portion abutted with the valve box valve seat 11 in a valve closed state. When a fluid pressure acts in such a direction that the valve box valve seat 11 (the side of the conical face f1) and the valve element valve seat 21 (the side of the spherical face f2) are pressed to each other, an abutment force acts uniformly over both the valve seats 11 and 21 as a whole in a circumferential direction, and the leakage of a fluid in the case where the high fluid pressure acts is prevented. Further, a load is prevented from being concentrated to a portion in the circumferential direction, and trouble such as burning or excessive torque generation in opening/closing the valve element 20 is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
