Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which accurately detects a temperature of a heated object in an entire area on a tray disposed at the upper tier side in a heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a body casing (1); a heating chamber (2) disposed in the body casing (1); a circulation duct which is provided ranging from a top surface part (2e) of the heating chamber (2) to a rear surface part (2d); a heater disposed in the circulation duct; a circulation fan for circulating a gas in the heating chamber (2) through the circulation duct and the heater; and an infrared sensor (303) which is disposed at the top surface part (2e) side of the heating chamber (2) and detects a temperature of the heated object in the heating chamber (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
