Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure of a solar cell including a bus bar electrode and finger electrodes capable of reducing cost without reducing generation efficiency of the solar cell, and to provide a formation method of the electrode structure.SOLUTION: The electrode structure of the solar cell is configured by forming, onto a semiconductor substrate 5 including PN junction, a plurality of stripe-shaped finger electrodes 10 composed of a material containing Ag as a main component and an antireflection film 9 comprised of an inorganic material, and forming a bus bar electrode 12 composed of a material containing Cu as a main component for recovering current from the finger electrodes 10. At least protection films 14 for suppressing diffusion of Cu into the finger electrodes 10 while providing electric contact are formed between the finger electrodes 10 and the bus bar electrode 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
