Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolator capable of restricting the increase of a dynamic spring constant with respect to small oscillation even increasing the fluid viscosity.SOLUTION: A vibration isolator 1 comprises: a cylindrical outer attachment member 2; an inner attachment member 3 disposed on the inside of the outer attachment member; an elastic body 4; a liquid chamber 5; and an annular flange member 6. The elastic body connects the outer attachment member to the inner attachment member. The liquid chamber is formed on the inside of the outer attachment member as a part of the wall surface of the elastic body, so that liquid is enclosed. The flange member is disposed within the liquid chamber and the inner attachment member is inserted through the inside. The flange member is displaceably disposed with respect the inner attachment member. On the inner peripheral surface of the flange member, an engagement part 6a is formed for limiting the above certain displacement of the flange member with respect to the inner attachment member by engaging with an engaged part 3b formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner attachment member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
