Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor nanoparticle-containing dispersion having high initial luminous efficacy and exceptional moisture resistance, and to provide a film produced using the dispersion. According to X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, this semiconductor nanoparticle-containing dispersion contains: semiconductor nanoparticles in which zinc, sulfur, and indium are detected; and acrylate or methacrylate, and, as determined from X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, the molar ratio of zinc relative to indium in said semiconductor nanoparticles satisfies formula (1a). (1a): 2.25 ˂ Zn/In ˂ 9
