Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber extrusion device that, while having a simple structure, suppresses a rubber extrusion product from shrinking in the extrusion direction, shortens a time necessary until becoming a non-shrinking state, and does not generate adverse effect on use of the rubber extrusion product in the post-process.SOLUTION: A straightening body 8 having an apex 8a at a position projected forward from a front end surface of an extrusion port 6 is extended up to the inside of an extrusion channel 7 of at least a die 5 toward a cylinder 2 side, a rubber R1 is passed through a gap between an inner surface of the extrusion channel 7 and the straightening body 8 and a rubber extrusion product R is extruded from the extrusion port 6, a part that contacted with an inner surface of the extrusion channel 7 and a surface of the straightening body 8 shows an extending behavior in the extrusion direction after the extrusion and thereby suppresses a part of the rubber extrusion product R that is going to shrink from shrinking, and peripheral surfaces 10a of a pair of rollers 10 to serve as an extrusion mechanism are brought into contact with opposite surfaces of the rubber extrusion product R to press the rubber extrusion product R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
