Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cord length adjustment mechanism compact, enable a weight bar and other members to be installed appropriately on a bottom rail, and ensure stability of a lifting/lowering motion of a shielding body.SOLUTION: A bottom rail is provided at a bottom edge of a shielding body hung from a head rail, and a bottom end of a cord 14 is fitted to a cord length adjustment mechanism 16 for adjusting a length of the cord hung from the head rail and fixed inside the bottom rail. A fixed member 17 of the cord length adjustment mechanism is fixed inside the bottom rail, and includes an insertion part 17a through which the bottom end of the cord may be inserted, and an engaging part 17b to which the bottom end of the cord may be engaged. A movable member 18 is configured movably in a lengthwise direction of the bottom rail with regard to the fixed member, while having the bottom end of the cord wound and hooked to be fixed to the fixed member, after being inserted through the insertion part of the fixed member. Furthermore, a lock member 19 is configured to lock the movable member immovably with regard to the fixed member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
