Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw member capable of fitting an entire nut to a bolt and stably suppressing unfastening of the nut relative to the bolt.SOLUTION: In a screw member 10 comprising a nut 11 and a bolt 12, a thread ridge pitch of the nut 11 is wider by ▵P in comparison with a thread ridge pitch of the bolt 12. In a state where a region that is non-fitted to the bolt 12 remains in thread ridges 13 of the nut 11, the thread ridges 13 of the nut 11 and thread ridges 14 of the bolt 12 are brought into contact in multiple locations, and a screwing torque acts. When the number of thread ridges 13 of the nut 11 is defined as N and a clearance between the thread ridge 13 of the nut 11 and a thread groove 15 of the bolt 12 in an axial direction is defined as C, N is greater than 4.7 and an inequality of 2C/(N-3.7)≤▵P≤2C/(N-4.5) is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
