Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly occur a fault of the mounting of a piezoelectric vibration piece.SOLUTION: A mounting part 14 is formed on a long side surface s of an inner side of a package body 3, and a support arm part 9 of a piezoelectric vibration piece 6 is fixed with a jointing member through an electrode pad 20, and is mounted. In the mounting part 14, a parallel surface a in parallel with the long side surface in a longitudinal direction and one end side are continued to the long side surface, and a pair of side surfaces b which are faced each other, a third surface c connecting the parallel surface a and the other end side of the side surface b, and the mounting surface surrounded by the three-surface are provided. An angle β formed by the parallel surface a and the third surface c is set to an angle larger than 135 degree and less than 180 degree. The mounting part 14 formed as mentioned above, can more increase a permission range of a position deviation caused by the rotation of the piezoelectric vibration piece 6 or the position deviation of a lateral direction. As a result, a vibration arm part 7 is hardly contacted with the mounting part, and the support arm part 9 is hardly removed from the mounting part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
