Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a circuit which, by utilizing a spin wave, enables down-sizing while solving problems of heat generation and energy loss, and to provide an address encoder and an address decoder.SOLUTION: A spin wave circuit includes: a spin wave interference part 1 in which a spin wave waveguide is formed in an annular shape; at least one input part 2 which is formed by a linear spin wave waveguide extending while circumscribing the outside of a circular ring of the spin wave interference part and into which input data is inputted as the spin wave; at least one output part 3 which has a proper interval from a spin wave input part, which is formed by the linear spin wave waveguide extending while circumscribing the outside of the circular ring of the spin wave interference part, and from which output data is outputted as the spin wave; and a reference spin wave introduction part 4 which has the proper interval from the input part and the output part, and which is formed by the linear spin wave waveguide extending while circumscribing the outside of the circular ring of the spin wave interference part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
