Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oscillation output of higher frequency stability, in an oscillation device where the temperature of atmosphere in which a crystal oscillator is placed is detected, and the temperature of the atmosphere is made constant by controlling a heating unit based on the temperature detection value thereof.SOLUTION: In an oscillation device generating an oscillation output by using a clock signal obtained by oscillating a crystal oscillator 10, a heating unit 4 tries to make the temperature of atmosphere constant based on the detection results of temperature of the atmosphere where the crystal oscillator 10 is placed. Frequency correction units 51, 52 use a value obtained based on the integration value of deviation of the detection temperature value of the atmosphere where the crystal oscillator 10 is placed, and a temperature setting value, as a frequency correction value for correcting a frequency setting value inputted to a PLL circuit 6. Furthermore, the heating unit 4 is provided with a correction circuit including a thermistor 403 having a resistance value changing nonlinearly, and correcting the power for controlling the heating unit 4, corresponding to nonlinear change of the frequency of oscillation output for the temperature change of atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
