Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker having a sealing structure that prevents occurrence of a large projection above an operation handle.SOLUTION: Each of terminal parts 2, 3 has at least three screw type terminals 5 adjacently arranged in a sidewise direction. A partition 8 formed integrally with a housing 10 is erected between each adjacent terminals 5. A terminal cover 4 has an approximately L-shape by having: a horizontal plate 41 covering the respective upper parts of the terminal parts 2, 3; and a suspension piece 42 suspending from an end part of the housing 10. A sealing part 6 has: an inclined hole 44 formed from the horizontal plate 41 to the suspension piece 42 so as to extend through the partition 8; and a communication hole 22a formed in the partition 8 so as to be continuous with the inclined hole 44. A sealing line S is continuously inserted into both the inclined hole 44 and the communication hole 22a, thus sealing the terminal parts 2, 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
