Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact tool in which stress is appropriately dispersed in an anvil so that durability of the anvil and furthermore the tool as a whole can be improved.SOLUTION: An impact tool, or an impact wrench 1, comprises an anvil 18 having a columnar anvil main body 109, a hammer 98 for striking the anvil 18 in a rotating direction, and an oil holding hole 120 for holding oil for lubrication. The anvil main body 109 has a rear large-diameter part 117, a small-diameter part 115 whose radius is smaller than the radius of the rear large-diameter part 117, and an oil distribution hole 122 extending from the oil holding hole 120 to an outer surface of the anvil main body 109. The whole of an opening part of the oil distribution hole 122 in the outer surface of the anvil main body 109 is arranged on the outer surface of the rear large-diameter part 117.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
