Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simultaneously performing surface modification and sterilization treatment of a cell culture substrate by using active oxygen at a low cost and very simply, and a sterilization container used in the field of biological study, medicine, or pharmacy.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for simultaneously performing surface modification and sterilization treatment of a container having a cell culture substrate which is used in the field of biological study, medicine, or pharmacy by active oxygen. In the method, active oxygen created by irradiating oxygen with ultraviolet light in the same chamber may be exposed to the cell culture substrate, and separately created active oxygen may be exposed to the cell culture substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
