Abstract:
To provide a salt-bath austempering quenching furnace in which a work can be more reliably recovered.SOLUTION: A magnet separator 20 is provided at a discharge port of the salt bath. The magnet separator magnetically attracts and collects a residual work W which has not fallen from and is sticking to a mesh conveyor 13 and returning to the molten salt bath. A magnetically-attracted surface is formed by the magnetic force on a surface of a non-magnetic residual work magnetic attraction member 21. The magnetically-attracted surface moves so that the magnet separator 20 drops the residual work W after being transported to outside of the magnetic range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
