Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a thermosensitive label even when a similar color such as rust is present near the thermosensitive label or even when there is evening glow, setting sun, backlight, or disturbance.SOLUTION: A thermosensitive label 8 and a reflection tape 9 are preliminarily stuck to a wire 2, a color camera 4 and a luminaire 5 are trained on the wire 2 to capture an image thereof, and extracts a color of the thermosensitive label 8 in association with the reflection tape 9. Consequently, even when a similar color such as rust is present near the thermosensitive label and even when there is evening glow, setting sun, backlight or disturbance, the thermosensitive label can be detected. The natural light can be removed by blinking the luminaire 5 and using an image difference between a lit state and an extinct state, so as to acquire an image only by the projected reflection light. This configuration has an advantage of reliably removing the rust and facilities having a similar color to the thermosensitive label.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
