Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrum analyzer which can efficiently analyze a mass spectrum.SOLUTION: A mass spectrum analyzer 40 estimates an element composition using mass spectrum data acquired by analyzing the mass of a sample, the mass spectrum analyzer comprises: a peak list creation section 412 for detecting a peak from the mass spectrum data and creating a peak list; a peak selection section 414 for selecting an analysis object peak to be analyzed from the peak list; a composition estimation section 416 for estimating an element composition using the analysis object peak; and a peak list update section 418 for setting a range of mass-to-charge ratios for removing a peak from the peak list on the basis of the analysis object peak, and updating the peak list.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
