Abstract:
To simplify a structure, to reduce manufacturing costs, to increase strength of a metallic line, and to make it hard to cause failure such as disconnection by making the number of metallic lines generating an electromotive force one.SOLUTION: In a rotary type frying/roasting device that has a hollow rotary shaft 1, a pan 11 supported by a pan receiving roller 13, a housing 40 housing the pan 11 inside, a motor 20 rotating the pan 11, a burner 30 heating the pan 11, a thermocouple detecting the temperature inside the pan 11, and a burner controller 53 controlling heating power of the burner 30 on the basis of a detection result of the thermocouple, the thermocouple is composed of the pan 11 formed by a conductive material and one metallic line 3 one end of which is adhered or welded to an inner surface bottom part 11A of the pan 11, the metallic line 3 is insulated and housed in a protective pipe 2 one end of which is connected to the inner surface bottom part 11A, and the burner controller 53 adjusts output of the burner 30 by the kind of thermocouple.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
