Abstract:
To provide a production method of cold rolled steel sheet that can perform uniform and very thin zinc plating with high efficiency and good anticorrosion up to press molding.SOLUTION: A production method of cold rolled steel sheet comprises: sequentially performing in a same line, a continuous annealing step; a steel sheet shape correction step; and an optional surface activation step; and an electric zinc plating treatment step using a horizontal-cell-system electric plating cell with the length of an anode electrode of 500 mm or shorter in a longitudinal direction thereof. The zinc plating is performed with the coating weight of zinc per one-sided surface of the cold rolled steel sheet is 300-3000 mg/m. In the electric zinc plating treatment step, plating solution is provided at the jet speed of 1.5×V or more where, V is a steel sheet passing speed (m/s).SELECTED DRAWING: None
