Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone capable of performing calibration based on an internal calibration method without including a sound source inside.SOLUTION: A microphone 1 comprises: a vibration membrane 10; a rear chamber 22 inside the vibration membrane 10; and a fixed electrode 20 having a back electrode part 21 as one end, the fixed electrode outputting an electric signal depending on vibration of the vibration membrane 10 from the other end. At the other end of the fixed electrode 20 provided is a connection part 30 electrically connected to the fixed electrode 20, and formed is a communication part 23 making the rear chamber 22 communicate with a through hole 31 of the connection part 30. The connection part 30 is capable of detachably engaging with each of two types of input terminals depending on the existence of a sound conduction part for transmitting calibration sound. At each time of engaging with the two types of input terminals, a signal path for an electric signal from the fixed electrode 20 to a preamplifier through the connection part 30 and each input terminal is constructed. Furthermore, at the time of engaging with an input terminal having a sound conduction part, a calibration sound transmission path from a sound source to the rear chamber 22 through the sound conduction part, through hole 31, and communication part 23 is constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
