Abstract:
To provide a simple and low-cost soil purification system capable of wet-classifying soil into gravel, sand, and fine particles and removing toxic metals and the like adsorbed on the fine particles.SOLUTION: A soil purification system includes: a wet type soil classification portion that crushes soil contaminated with toxic metals and the like to classify the soil into gravel, sand, and fine particles; a pretreatment portion that reduces the toxic metals and the like by removing iron-based fine particles from sludge discharged from the soil classification portion; and a post-treatment portion that chemically removes the toxic metals and the like from the sludge discharged from the pretreatment portion. The pretreatment portion includes: an adsorption device 18 that moves magnetic spheres 20 and sludge in a parallel flow to adsorb the iron-based fine particles to the magnetic spheres 20; a screen device 19 that separates the magnetic spheres 20 and the sludge discharged from the adsorption device 18; a centrifuge 22 the removes the iron-based fine particles from the magnetic spheres 20 discharged from the screen device 19; and a magnetic sphere returning device 23 that returns the magnetic spheres 20 to adsorption device 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
