PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suspension member which enables reduction of damage of a rear frame caused by an impact input from the outside.SOLUTION: A suspension member includes: a front frame 20 having a front cross part 22 extending in a vehicle width direction; a rear frame 30 which is formed by light metal, has a rear cross part 32 extending in the vehicle width direction, and is joined to the front frame 20; and a protection member 40 which is formed by light metal, covers a front end part 32B of the rear cross part 32 and a lower surface of a low cross part 32A, and forms a closed cross section with the rear cross part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
