Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor capable of accurately detecting externally applied load by easing local concentration of the load.SOLUTION: An embodiment of a load sensor 1 of the present invention comprises; a housing 13 having a sensor chamber 131 in which a sensor 16 is disposed; a first diaphragm 121 comprising a peripheral first portion 121-1 that deforms in accordance with load and a central second portion 121-2, the first portion being disposed on the housing to close off the sensor chamber; a pressure medium 15 that fills the sensor chamber and is configured to transfer pressure corresponding to load to the sensor; and a protective member 11 that is provided on the second portion to receive externally applied load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
