Abstract:
To make the edge of an electrode inconspicuous while suppressing a decrease in transparency of a translucent light-emitting device .SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a substrate 100, a first electrode 110, an insulating layer 150, an organic layer 120, a second electrode 130, an intermediate layer 200, and wiring 116. The substrate 100 is a translucent substrate. The first electrode 110 is formed on the substrate 100 and has translucency. The wiring 116 is formed on the substrate 100 and has translucency. The insulating layer 150 is formed on the substrate 100, the first electrode 110, and the wiring 116. The intermediate layer 200 is formed on at least a part of a region overlapping the insulating layer 150 on the side surface of the wiring 116.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
