Abstract:
To display a subject easily from a desired view point of a user, by changing the position of a virtual view point on the basis of user operation, and displaying a composite image.SOLUTION: In an image display system 1, an image display device (portable terminal 8) for displaying an image has formation means for forming a composite image, viewed from a virtual view point, by using images photographed by means of cameras 4F, B, L, R, and operation detection means (touch panel 83a) detecting user operation for change of view point of the composite image. The operation detection means has an image area where the composite image is displayed, and a button region where multiple buttons for selecting display of the composite image, corresponding to a predetermined view point, are displayed. In the image area, the composite image, corresponding to a view point selected by the button, is displayed, and when touch operation is performed in the image area, the composite image is displayed in the image area with a view point corresponding to the touch operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
