Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of an apparatus by not requiring expansion of power source equipment even when the constitution of an MRI device is enlarged by estimating apparent power in advance.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus for imaging a subject image by applying a gradient magnetic field pulse to a subject according to an imaging sequence on the basis of an imaging condition set by an imaging condition setting part, irradiating a high-frequency magnetic field pulse, and acquiring a plurality of NMR signals includes an apparent power calculation part for calculating apparent power based on at least a waveform of the gradient magnetic field pulse of pulse waveforms included in the imaging sequence. The apparent power calculated by the apparent power calculation part is used as an apparent power estimation value of the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
