Abstract:
This driving control device is capable of switching a driving state of a vehicle between a manual driving state and an automated driving state. In the automated driving state, the driving control device determines the content of a driving operation in accordance with conditions around the vehicle, and calculates a degree of confidence with respect to the determined driving operation content. If a driving operation by the driver is detected during automated driving, the driving control device reflects the content of the driving operation by the driver in the content of the driving operation during automated driving in accordance with the degree of confidence with respect to the driving operation being performed at that time by the automated driving.
