Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of a transmission inhibition material of the signal accompanied with the cell membrane receptor ErbB3 activation and a screening method of the signal transmission inhibition material.SOLUTION: A screening method of a transmission inhibition material of a signal accompanied with ErbB3 activation is characterized in that the material coupled with a domain III of the ErbB3 is selected. The formation of ErbB2-ErbB3 hetero dimer is inhibited by the material capable of interacting with the region of the domain III of the ErbB3, and an excessive signal accompanied with the activation of the ErbB3 can be suppressed. The peptide derived from a Necl-4 of domain Ig3 can interact with the domain III region of the ErbB3. According to the screening method of the transmission inhibition material of the signal accompanied with the ErbB3 activation of the present invention, not only the antibody, but also the transmission inhibition material of the signal accompanied with the ErbB3 activation that can be simply manufactured at a low cost can be selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
