PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply management server, power supply management method, and power supply management system, for making it possible to appropriately suppress a power flow amount or reverse power flow amount according to a power message.SOLUTION: A power supply management server comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires a content of a power message including at least any one of a power flow suppression message for requesting suppression of a power flow amount from a power system to a facility, a reverse power flow suppression message for requesting suppression of a reverse power flow amount from the facility to the power system, and an apparatus control message for controlling an apparatus installed in the facility; and a transmission unit that when a distributed power supply installed in the facility operates in a restriction state in which operation of the distributed power supply is restricted, transmits, on the basis of the content of the power massage, a message for instructing cancel of the restriction state to the facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
