Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the measurement of work hours excluding arbitrariness of a teleworker.SOLUTION: A telework management system is configured of: a worker terminal; a manager terminal; and a management server for managing the worker terminal and the manager terminal, therein the management server comprises: a storage part for storing a correspondence relation between a teleworker and a manager; a manager specification part for specifying a manager who has a management authority for the teleworker who uses the worker terminal which has transmitted a work start application on the basis of the correspondence relation; and a transmission/reception part for receiving the work start application from the worker terminal, and for transmitting the work start application to the manager terminal that the manager specified by the manager specification part uses, and for receiving response information having content of approval or denial for the work start application from the manager terminal, and for transmitting the response information to the worker terminal, and the worker terminal comprises a work hour display part for starting the update of display of work hours after receiving the response information having the content of approval from the transmission/reception part of the management server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
