Abstract:
To provide a device management system capable of improving convenience of management of an image formation device.SOLUTION: An internal management system 40 identifies an image formation device (S103) included in the image captured by the camera of a portable device 50, on the basis of the position of the image formation device, and the position and direction of the portable device 50, the portable device 50 displays the image of a request operation part for requesting a response to the image formation device identified in the S103, and the composite image with the captured image in the display (S105), transmits the user request information indicating request of response to the image formation device from the user, to the internal management system 40 according to operation for the request operation part by the operation part (S106), and upon receiving the user request information, the internal management system 40 requests the controller of the object image formation device of the user request information for response to the object image formation device of the user request information (S107 and S108).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
