Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling up type continuous casting device capable of efficiently controlling the temperature and flow rate of a coolant for cooling the inside of a hollow-shaped molten metal.SOLUTION: Provided is a pulling up type continuous device comprising: a molten metal holding furnace 101 holding a molten metal M1; a shape regulation member 102 through which a held molten metal M2 derived from a molten metal face is passed to regulate the cross-sectional shape of the hollow casting M3 to be cast; and a cooling part 109 cooling the inside of the held molten metal M2 with a hollow shape derived from the molten metal face. The cooling part 109 includes: a cooling gas feed tube 112 while passing through the inside of the molten metal M1, jetting a cooling gas A1 from the jet port of the tip part 113 projecting from the molten metal face to the inside region of the held molten metal M2; a cooling gas feed tube 114 provided so as to cover the outer circumferential face of the cooling gas feed tube 112 and through which a cooling gas A2 passes;and an exhaust tube 115 provided so as to cover the outer circumferential face of the cooling gas feed tube 114 and exhausting the cooling gas A2 flowing though the cooling gas feed tube 114.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
