PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system and a power generating system which generate power from heat in a method different from a conventional method.SOLUTION: A power generation system includes: a gas storage tank 2 for storing a carbon dioxide gas G; an ion liquid storage tank 5 for storing an ion liquid L which absorbs the carbon dioxide gas G; a connection part 6 which is connected with the gas storage tank 2 and the ion liquid storage tank 5 and guides the carbon dioxide gas G; and a turbine 7 installed in the middle of the connection part 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
