Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery which can sufficiently demonstrate a seal function, and can be easily manufactured with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A fuel battery 10 comprises: gas passages A1, A3, A4 and A6 which are formed along a lamination direction of a laminate formed by laminating a plurality of flat plate type single cells 110, and through which any one of a fuel gas and an oxidation gas to be supplied to each of the plurality of single cells 110 flows; and a gas seal part 140 that prevents the gas flowing through the gas passages A1, A3, A4, and A6 from flowing out to a gap layer between a cell frame 120 and a separator 220. The gas seal part 140 is formed by laminating a glass member 141 in contact with the cell frame 120, and a closing member 142 that seals a gap between the glass member 141 and the gap layer and is brought into contact with the separator 220, along the lamination direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
