PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for reducing such an inconvenience that a CM material is broadcasted at an unfavorable timing.SOLUTION: A delivery system 1 has a CM bank 10 for stand by the delivery of CM material identified by CM material identification information, upon receiving a standby instruction, and for delivering the CM material on standby, upon receiving a delivery instruction, a controller 20 for transmitting a standby instruction including broadcast schedule CM material identification information, i.e., the CM material identification information of a scheduled CM material, and a delivery instruction, and a determination device 30 for acquiring the standby instruction transmitted by the controller 20, determining whether or not the CM material, identified by the broadcast schedule CM material identification information, can be broadcasted, and transmitting a standby instruction depending on the determination results to the CM bank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
