Abstract:
In order to enhance fidelity of pattern printing, a transfer printing device that prints a pattern of ink coated on a blanket on a transfer roller onto a substrate to be printed comprises an atmosphere control means including: an introduction port that is provided in a position close to the transfer roller and introduces and supplies a prescribed organic solvent toward the ink coated on the blanket; and an exhaust port that exhausts the organic solvent.
