Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fuel cell member capable of manufacturing a fuel cell member in which an increase in electric resistance over time is suppressed.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a solid oxide fuel cell member includes: a film formation step of wet film formation of a protective film material mainly composed of inorganic oxide fine particles on at least a part of a surface of a metal substrate 11 containing Cr and Ti; and a sintering step of sintering and forming a protective film 12 on the surface of the metal substrate by heating the metal substrate 11 in a reducing atmosphere of less than or equal to 900°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
