PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of desiring to improve the hulling ratio by supplying unhulled rice in a state of leveling in the circumferential direction to an impeller part.SOLUTION: A hulling device comprises an unhulled rice supply part 51 for discharging unhulled rice carried in from an external part to the outside in the radial direction, an impeller part 50 provided along the outer periphery of the unhulled rice supply part 51, rotating around the rotational axis X3 positioned in the center of the unhulled rice supply part 51 and guiding the unhulled rice discharged from the unhulled rice supply part 51 to the outside in the radial direction and hulling parts (53 and 69) for hulling by a collision by receiving the unhulled rice guided by the impeller part 50, and the unhulled rice supply part 51 comprises a cylindrical unhulled rice guide body 55 having a width corresponding to a width in the rotational axis direction of the impeller part 50, and an unhulled rice inlet is formed on one end side in the axial direction of the unhulled rice guide body 55, and a plurality of unhulled rice discharge openings 59 are formed along the circumferential direction in an outer peripheral part of the unhulled rice guide body 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
