Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an imbalance amount of a rotor while positioning a resolver rotor to a shaft at high precisely.SOLUTION: A dynamo-electric motor comprises: a stator 2; a rotor 3 rotated to the stator; and a resolver 4 that detects a rotation angle of the rotor. The rotor 3 includes a shaft 7 as a rotation fulcrum. The shaft includes a small diameter part 13 which is connected to a large diameter part 12 an end surface in an axial direction of the large diameter part, and in which the diameter is smaller than that of the large diameter part. The end surface is formed as an abutting surface 12. The resolver includes a resolver rotor 10 in which an insertion hole 10b to which the small diameter part is inserted. In a part of the axial direction of the small diameter part, a positioning groove 13a for positioning the shaft of the resolver rotor in a peripheral direction is formed at a position continued to the large diameter part. The resolver rotor is attached to the shaft in a state of being abutted to the abutting surface by inserting the small diameter part into the insertion hole. In the resolver rotor, a positioning projection part 15 that is projected from an opening edge of the insertion hole, is bent when inserting the small diameter part into the insertion hole, and in which at least one part is inserted to the positioning groove is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
